Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough incredible things about the team at Everlong Weddings. They were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Planning a destination wedding without ever visiting the location sounds stressful on paper — but with Everlong, it truly wasn’t. Over our 14 months of planning, Alex was consistently quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and just such a joy to work with. I genuinely feel like I made a new friend through this process! The week leading up to the wedding, she went above and beyond — checking in constantly and helping not just us, but our families with anything they needed. And on the actual wedding day… I have never seen that level of preparedness in my life. Every little detail was thought of. I had just gotten my makeup done and she immediately pulled out a straw so I wouldn’t ruin it. I went to put my earrings on and couldn't find one of the backings - she just pulls an extra out of her bag and gives it to me. The second I looked a little shiny, she had blotting papers ready. Her team had umbrellas, fans — everything we needed to stay cool in the heat — and they were always one step ahead. When I say they were prepared for everything, I mean it. At one point my bustle broke, and Alex casually pulled out a sewing kit and fixed it on the spot like it was no big deal. Right before walking down the aisle, they had lint rollers, lip gloss — all the final touch-ups ready to go. As for our vision… they exceeded every expectation. It was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. They quite literally brought my dream wedding to life. If you’re considering Everlong — do it. It will be the best decision you make.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Everlong. They are the most genuine and professional team. They made wedding planning an absolute dream. They work with the most excellent vendors and communicate throughout the entire planning process. They offer complete transparency when it comes to payments and receipts, and are extremely trustworthy. Despite knowing they plan multiple events at the same time, we always felt our event was their priority. Our wedding day was a dream. It was so smooth and we received compliments from all of our guests that they had never been to a better event. Thank you, Everlong, for helping to create one of the best days of our lives.

We had our destination wedding with the Everlong team in March 2025 in Querétaro, Mexico, and choosing them was hands down the best decision we made. From the very beginning, they guided us with so much experience, honesty, and patience, making the entire planning process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. On our wedding day, we felt truly taken care of—almost like TV celebrities—and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and well-organized everything was. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot BEGIN to describe how amazing Everlong was for our wedding!!!! Not only is the team incredibly organized, on top of everything, and always looking out for us, but we literally formed personal relationships with Steph and Ale (as evidenced by the photos here). Steph and Ale met our parents and were always thinking about their needs as well, which made everything else so easy. They were always looking out for us during contract negotiations and made sure the providers did exactly what we wanted. The Everlong team made what is usually an incredibly stressful and tough year organizing a wedding into something much calmer and fun! However, nothing prepared me for the day of!! Everlong made my wedding dreams come true, I couldn't believe how they were able to execute my vision so perfectly AND they made me feel like the day was such a breeze! Ale is the perfect bridal assistant and her ability to manage everyone's personality is a gift from heaven. Steph's organizational skills and ability to be kind but tough when needed is exactly what you want out of your wedding planner. If I could have this team plan my entire life I would!! HIRE THEM!!! No puedo ni empezar a describir lo increíble que fue el equipo de Everlong para nuestra boda! El equipo no solo está increíblemente organizado, siempre pendiente de nosotros y pendiente de todo, sino que también formamos una relación personal con Steph y Ale (como se ve en las fotos). Steph y Ale conocieron a nuestros papas y siempre pensaron en sus necesidades, lo que facilitó muchísimo todo el proceso. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of our celebration, Stephanie and her team were there every step of the way, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully executed. Experiencia fantástica: Desde el primer momento que contacté a Steph y su equipo, fueron 100% empáticos con nuestro estilo y propósito de boda. A pesar de tener algunas dificultades al comienzo por temas personales, nunca dejaron de apoyarnos y estar al tanto de nuestro proceso. Nos asesoraron en cada paso con la temática, el diseño y el concepto del evento aunque no tuviéramos ni idea de qué era lo que queríamos y resultó ser todo lo que soñamos. Experiencia fantástica: La mejor wedding planner que pueden encontrar, la verdad es que siempre tuvimos disponibilidad de ella, tuvimos los mejores consejos en todo! Desde nuestro save the date, locación de fotos, Decoración, proveedores, baile, ideas TODO! En verdad estamos súper agradecidos, además que es súper linda y te entiende como bride por el mar de emociones por el que estás pasando. De verdad el acompañamiento desde el momento en que la contratamos hasta el día de la boda fue 100%. Mi esposo y yo no nos tuvimos que preocupar por nada ese día, porque todo nos ayudó a solucionar. 100000% recomendada!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Desde que conocimos a Stephanie nos encantaron las propuestas que nos hizo. Todo su equipo son muy profesionales y calificados. La atención y el trato son inigualables. El precio es muy razonable, incluso creo que hubiéramos gastado lo mismo o hasta más de haber organizado todo nosotros mismos. Conoce muchos lugares y proveedores igual de profesionales para diferentes eventos. Experiencia fantástica: We really enjoyed working with Stephanie to plan our wedding in such a short time across borders. I worked with her from CO to plan my Queretaro wedding. She was able to assist me with the legal paperwork, suggested wonderful vendors, arranged meetings, and attended to the details that were important to us. She made our day more special than I imagined and threw in some unexpected surprises that were a highlight for my husband and I as well as our guests.
